Commitment to Purchase and Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy. It will not be refunded if you change your mind for ANY reason.

Shipping Money
Shipping also needs to be paid in full before the puppy is 7 weeks of age so shipping arrangements can be made.  Breeder will not hold a puppy if shipping is not paid in full by 7 weeks of age, unless arrangements have been made otherwise.  If it is not paid in full, no money will be refunded and all funds paid on this puppy will then be forfeited to the Breeder. Unless arrangements are made otherwise.
Buyer's Responsibilities:
• Have your new puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery.
• Provide your puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to:
• Annual physical examinations, vaccinations & de-worming by a licensed Veterinarian.
• Have puppy spayed/neutered by 6 months of age (if purchasing for pet only)

Breeder's Responsibilities:
• If, within the first 72 hours, your Veterinarian identifies a "health issue" which clearly the puppy obtained at our facility, breeder will replace puppy.  Buyer must return original puppy, with a written report from Veterinarian & registration papers, to the breeder within 5 days of notifying the breeder for this to apply. ( all expenses incurred are sole responsibility of buyer)
• If within the 1st year a qualified Veterinarian detects a LIFE THREATENING genetic disorder, to be serious enough to warrant the euthanization of the dog, the report needs to be sent to the breeder immediately.  The breeder will have a licensed Verterinarian interpret the report.  If breeder's vet concurs, breeder will replace the puppy with another, upon return of dog & dog's registration paper. (all expenses incurred are sole responsibility of buyer)

• There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, i.e.:  allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.
• The breeder guarantee's a healthy companion pet, but does not guarantee size, color, and temperament, nor does breeder gaurantee against compatibility. Breeder does not guarantee fitness for breeding.
• All hernias (naval & ingie) will be repaired before leaving if found by my Veterinarian.  Hernia repairs, spay, nueter & weak knees do not warrant return of money as it is not life threatening & in no way interferes with the quality of life of the puppy. One also needs to be realistic, you are dealing with an animal that will do it's best to eat from the trash can and toilet while you are not looking or when the kids think it is funny! Your puppy is fully examined by a licensed veterinarian and certified healthy when it leaves. If the puppy is injured due to human neglect be it child or adult, that is not the breeders fault!

TOTALITY OF PURCHASE
This constitutes the complete agreement between Connie Watson (“Breeder”) and __________________________(Buyer).  No other promises or guarantees apply either stated or implied.  The provisions of this Agreement shall be interpreted and constructed in accordance with laws and status of the State of Missouri.  The venue of any litigation concerning the Agreement shall be in Texas Country, Missouri.

If picking up the puppy, this Agreement can be signed and dated at the time of pick up.
